Michael Rademann is a Commercial Flight Instructor at Silverhawk Aviation Academy, where he helps aspiring pilots build the skills, confidence, and experience needed to pursue their aviation careers.

Michael studied Criminal Justice at Boise State University and spent six years working in law enforcement before making the decision to pursue his true passion: aviation.

After taking a discovery flight, Michael was hooked. That experience sparked a career change and set him on the path toward his goal of becoming an airline pilot. Michael founded Wings & Dreams to inspire and introduce teens to aviation and pilot careers. Today, he is continuing to build his flight experience while sharing his passion for aviation with others through both instruction and as the Executive Director at Wings & Dreams.
